Every once in a while you come across someone in business who understands that compassion and understanding can still accompany good business. Ryan Corporate Housing and Nick Morrar did that with us during a challenging set of circumstances and provided us with extended housing in a wonderful and well-maintained apartment, in a great building with many amenities, and worked with us on a fair lease in the Chicago market. There was not a single issue of any kind, large or small, that arose during our stay. Our experience with Ryan Corporate Housing makes it hard to imagine anyone could do it any better.

Our experience at a Ryan Corporate Housing Property EnV Chicago,for 1 month was unforgettable. Firstly Nick Morrar- Ryan Corporate Housing was super impressive with how he dealt with us- friendly,cheerful,prompt and responsive. He provided us with an immaculate 2 bedroom/ 2 bath spacious Apt with top of the line appliances, walk in wardrobes, luxury bedding and soft furnishings. It felt like home. Nothing went wrong ever.The building is new,safe and managed impeccably, cheerful concierge and management staff. River North is a very happening location too.A big shout out to Tracy and Julio who were super helpful and kind. Very friendly and clean neighbours, wonderful common areas and the 28 th floor gym is awesome and the pool barbecue area too. Everything is high end and of impeccable quality.Cannot forget the almost 360 views of the Magnificent Mile.Nick and Ryan Corporate Housing made this a trip to remember!

Ryan Corporate has been my first choice since 2017. Their apartments at Atwater is beyond my expectation, walking distance to Shirley Ryan, WholeFood, tons of restaurant, Navy Pier, Post office, Shopping Center, and more… You don’t need car to be here. The 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious and beautifully decorated. Hotel style but yet very homy. Ryan Corporate staffs are very friendly and willing to accomodate you whatever you need to make your stay comfortable.The only thing we would like to have -is a little more common areas for us to hang out when the weather is bad, other than that it’s perfect !

First and foremost, I would like to commend Nick Morrar at Ryan Corporate Housing for the exceptional support during our relocation from overseas. Nick is such a pleasure to work with. While we were in different time zones, Nick was always available to respond to our inquiries and would go the extra mile to ensure we had all the needed information and were happy with our new place in Chicago. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of everyone who works in the building, including the building management and the support staff. As far as the building is concerned, it is very well maintained, in a very convenient location in the city near the restaurants, museums, and art galleries.

Spent a month here during the transition from my house to the condo I bought. Truly a 5-star operation! Every detail was taken care of, furnishings were as nice as 5-star hotels, and Nick's responsiveness to things was just great!

The Experience at Atwater Apartments has been a wonderful one. Right from the day of our lease execution to our move in, Nick has been so helpful and efficient. We got everything as promised and it was better than our expectations. I would highly recommend this property. Very comfortable and spacious. It has all the amenities not to mention the beautiful lake and city views.

From the initial phone call, Ryan (Corporate Housing) has gone out of their way to accommodate our needs. I was coming to Chicago to help my son after back surgery. Ryan found us an apartment near the hospital, with a walkin shower. The apartment was spectacular. Well equipped kitchen that I cooked many nights in. Unparalleled views and building. Great workout area. Ryan (CH) was very accomodating during our stay- they provided a chair with arms for my son's recovery... and they even waited in for the cable guy when the box broke! It was absolutely perfect and I hated to leave!

I was lucky to have read the stellar reviews about Ryan on Yelp. I had a very quick response but had left it last minute to book and had to wait ten days for a unit even in February, so I recommend booking as soon as possible. They have an easy month to month policy. I was a bit nervous about taking a unit for 4 months without seeing the building or units but they assured me the photos were realistic and they were. In fact, the Atwater Building is even better than the description. A secure room for packages; state of the art gym with jacuzzi; steam room and sauna in locker rooms; free exercise classes run by Chitown Trainers three times a week (Zumba, Pilates and Yoga). Everything is very clean and high end. The units are also nicely appointed and they have a thoughtful welcome pack of necessities for when you check in. They also provide lots of hangers--I had brought my own but they were necessary. All you need is your personal stuff. WIFI is fast too. Nick and the Ryan team were superb and responsive throughout my stay. I will be back again to stay in fabulous Chicago and Ryan will be my first port of call for a home when here.

We moved to Chicago from out of state and Nick was incredibly helpful and responsive to all the questions we had about furnished housing and the Chicago downtown area. The flexibility with the renting agreement was what we needed. Most importantly, the accommodations were very comfortable and it was easy to call it our home even if it was for a few short months. Also the location of our apartment was incredibly convenient for downtown living. I would highly recommend Ryan Corp Housing as they have great people who work there as well as great accommodations and great pricing.

I want to give a HUGE Thank you to the team at Ryan Corporate Housing! When needing to stay in the Downtown area for 3 months while working, I was lucky enough to find Ryan Corporate Housing thru a Google search. I could not have been more pleased!!! I stayed in one of their gorgeous apartments at EnV, and the staff at Ryan's were always pleasant and right there to meet my every need.

I moved from Vancouver, Canada to Chicago by myself and this was not an easy process. I contacted several companies including Ryan Corporate Housing and immediately Nick called me back. He not only found me the perfect place to stay for 30 days but also answered every question I had about the city and offered me great tips and suggestions. Knowing "I wasn't alone" was really big for me and a huge thank you to Nick for helping make me feel comfortable and confident in moving to Chicago. Ryan Housing also accommodated me last minute and was flexible with timing should I have needed to extend my stay. The accommodation was luxurious and had everything I wanted. I am big with cooking and was impressed that they had everything down to a garlic crusher. Moving out process was even easier simply throwing away trash and leaving the keys in the unit. Without question, I would highly recommend using Ryan Corporate Housing and would not hesitate to use their services in the future. I would also recommend providing your phone number for them to put on file with building doorman/front desk.
