The Experience at Atwater Apartments has been a wonderful one. Right from the day of our lease execution to our move in, Nick has been so helpful and efficient. We got everything as promised and it was better than our expectations. I would highly recommend this property. Very comfortable and spacious. It has all the amenities not to mention the beautiful lake and city views.

From the initial phone call, Ryan (Corporate Housing) has gone out of their way to accommodate our needs. I was coming to Chicago to help my son after back surgery. Ryan found us an apartment near the hospital, with a walkin shower. The apartment was spectacular. Well equipped kitchen that I cooked many nights in. Unparalleled views and building. Great workout area. Ryan (CH) was very accomodating during our stay- they provided a chair with arms for my son’s recovery… and they even waited in for the cable guy when the box broke! It was absolutely perfect and I hated to leave!

Ryan Corporate Housing and Nick Morrar did that with us during a challenging set of circumstances and provided us with extended housing in a wonderful and well-maintained apartment, in a great building with many amenities, and worked with us on a fair lease in the Chicago market. I moved from Vancouver, Canada to Chicago by myself and this was not an easy process. I contacted several companies including Ryan Corporate Housing and immediately Nick called me back. He not only found me the perfect place to stay for 30 days but also answered every question I had about the city and offered me great tips and suggestions. Knowing “I wasn’t alone” was really big for me and a huge thank you to Nick for helping make me feel comfortable and confident in moving to Chicago. Ryan Housing also accommodated me last minute and was flexible with timing should I have needed to extend my stay. The accommodation was luxurious and had everything I wanted. I am big with cooking and was impressed that they had everything down to a garlic crusher. Moving out process was even easier simply throwing away trash and leaving the keys in the unit. Without question, I would highly recommend using Ryan Corporate Housing and would not hesitate to use their services in the future. I would also recommend providing your phone number for them to put on file with building doorman/front desk.

I was lucky to have read the stellar reviews about Ryan on Yelp. I had a very quick response but had left it last minute to book and had to wait ten days for a unit even in February, so I recommend booking as soon as possible. They have an easy month to month policy. I was a bit nervous about taking a unit for 4 months without seeing the building or units but they assured me the photos were realistic and they were. In fact, the Atwater Building is even better than the description. A secure room for packages; state of the art gym with jacuzzi; steam room and sauna in locker rooms; free exercise classes run by Chitown Trainers three times a week (Zumba, Pilates and Yoga). Everything is very clean and high end. The units are also nicely appointed and they have a thoughtful welcome pack of necessities for when you check in. They also provide lots of hangers–I had brought my own but they were necessary. All you need is your personal stuff. WIFI is fast too. Nick and the Ryan team were superb and responsive throughout my stay. I will be back again to stay in fabulous Chicago and Ryan will be my first port of call for a home when here.

It’s not unusual for a company to talk about “customer service”. Ryan is a company that not only talks about their service, they deliver outstanding customer service from the top managers throughout all levels of the organization. Jay A’s review does a good job of listing the level of amenities that the apartments are stocked with upon your arrival. I can just add that my own personal residence doesn’t have both a stand blender and an immersion blender in the kitchen – but the Ryan apartment had both. Check In and Out are very easy and accommodating. On the few occasions where I had a problem, they were always fixed quickly and efficiently. My only criticism is more a comment on today’s technological world than anything else. The electronics (TV, DVD etc.) are pretty sophisticated and unless you are a 13 year old, it can be difficult to operate the 3 different remotes. They do provide a “cheat sheet” with your check in package, but it’s still a challenge. If a single unified remote exists, that would be nice. All in all, I would not hesitate to use their services again. They are a quality organization.

The reservation process could not have been any better. The professionalism of the staff, the quality of the apartments and their wiliness to answer any and all questions was the best.
The apartment was in perfect condition. We were pleasantly surprised that good amount of household items were provided so we did not have to make a trip to the store to get through the first night. Plenty of high quality linen and towels were provided. Again, high quality and quantity.
This was the most pleasant rental experience I have ever encountered everyone in the company goes the extra step from the beginning of your contact until after you leave. Their attitude is clearly that they want to do everything they can to make your stay comfortable, and they are genuine in their attitude. WE will certainly be working with Ryan again and I will recommend them to all my associates.

I needed a miracle. My husband of 37 years had just been diagnosed with a virulent cancer; the treatment, a stem cell transplant, would put him in the hospital for 60-90 days, maybe more. And the hospital was hardly in our neighborhood: it was in Chicago, 500 miles away from our home in Tennessee. Now, we needed a new place to that would promote the healing process without breaking the bank.
When I called Ryan Corporate Housing, I knew I had found my miracle! A friendly and enthusiastic attendant answered by saying, “We are here for you. This is Nick. What can I do to help, and to whom do I have the pleasure of speaking?” I had rarely heard such a greeting, but I’ve since learned that Nick and everyone at Ryan is exactly that: they are “there for” their clients – most of whom become fast friends. Why? Because to Ryan & Company, “We’re here for you” is not a marketing ploy. It’s a way of life. In this day and time, especially, I call that a miracle.

Complete lifesavers. It was late on a Saturday night when I found out that the home that I had rented was filled with mold. I immediately searched the internet for corporate housing options. Initially I cast a wide net, hoping that something would turn up. However it was the folks at Ryan Corporate Housing that responded within the hour with a personal touch that I thought no longer existed.
Less than 48 hours later, I was in my new home that came with a breadth-taking view of the Chicago skyline. Everything was seamless. They even helped me move in. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this group of professionals.
